| Presentation | A presentation on Sutherland - 40 to 45 mins in WebEX |
| Non-voice Screening | Online assessment – Laptop/Desktop is mandatory |
| Initial Screening | JAM Session/ one on one conversation in Breakout session of 20 - 25 students - approx 45 mins per batch |
| Communication Assessment and HR Interview | Candidates clearing communication round - 7 to 10 mins per candidate |
