 Detailed Note on Sanjeev Saxena and his family background
Shri Sanjeev Saxena aged about around 40 Years, a young and energetic fellow, who is a BE-Architect passed out from M.P.'s most prestigious regional institute for technical education i.e., Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, formerly, Maulana Azad College of Technology, belongs to a very respectable and educated family. Shri R.R. Saxena, Father, is a retired District Excise Office of Central Excise Department, M.P. His grandfather, Shri Krishna Murari Sahay, was a retired Principal of Government School. His Maternal Grandfather Shri Shyam Bihari Saxena, is a retired Collector of Gwalior Estate and Revenue Minister, Navha, Scindia Estate. His younger brother, Fraveen Saxena, is a BE Graduate. Sanjeev Saxena himself is a renowned personality in Bhopal city due to his capabilities and potentialities.
Brief note on Sanjeev saxena, as President of Tapasya Shiksha Samiti and CEO of Radharaman Group of Institutes.
Sanjeev Saxena, the President of Tapasya Shiksha Samiti, Bhopal, which runs five Professional and technical colleges successfully in Bhopal, viz.
1 Radharaman Institute of Technology and science, which offers courses for BE-in all streams, i.e. IT, ME, CS, EC. Institute also offers professional degree i.e. MBA, from 2007. It was established as a first college of Radharaman group of Institutes, from the year 2004.
2 Radharaman college of pharmacy, offers pharmacy courses i.e. B-Pharma. It was established as a second college of the group from 2005.
3 Radharaman Engineering college, offers IT, ME, CS, EC etc. courses. It was established as a third college of the group from 2006. Institute also offers professional degree i.e. MBA, from 2007.
4 Radharaman institute of Pharmaceutical science, offers pharmacy courses. It was established as a fourth college of the group from 2007.
5 Radharaman institute of Research and technology, offers degree courses for engineering students as a fifth college of the group. It was commenced in year 2007.
It is easily understood that how rapid growth has taken place in the field of offering higher and advanced Technical and professional
education to the students. All the Colleges play a pivotal role in enhancing the capabilities and talent of the students of M.P. All these colleges had witnessed a huge amount of student-following for the last three years.
The main thing, which one should concern, is that, within a duration of one year the management of the Samiti introduced new colleges. Moreover, the duties were successfully fulfilled regarding the students' growth with effective management. All the technical and professional skills helped gain popularity for these Institutions, which can be proved by a survey from India Today, which gives a seventh rank to the Radharaman Institute of Technology and science among all the engineering institutes in M.P.
The group fulfilled all the pre-requisites to establish the institutes i.e. recruiting man power for managing j administration, teaching and non-teaching staff, requirement of land and building etc. The main reason of name and fame of the group is the campus recruitment offered to the students, which is the first and foremost matter for the students and for the institute also.
Sanjeev Saxena, is the Chairman of Tapasya Shiksha Samiti, and all the affairs of the Samiti is managed and controlled by him with the support of management and his subordinates, this is the talent and managerial power of Sanjeev saxena behind the rapid growth and success of the Samiti and group of institutes.
Brief note on Sanieev Saxena as Proprietor of M/s. S.S. Constructions.
Sanjeev Saxena, a B-Arch, at the time he passed out from MANIT, Bhopal, he was going to search a good job and he also got a normal job also. But his inner capabilities did not allow him to continue the job, and he planned to establish himself as a successful individual in the field of construction. Inspite of his background from a Middle class family, it was his caliber, passion, skill, potential and attitude towards the attainment of target which he had set for himself. He started to work for himself by registering himself as a Government Contractor, Besides that he established a firm and got license from the Govt. of M.P. as a colonizer to develop a colony. The firm named M/s. S.S. Colonisers, which developed a colony, named Manorama housing society at Nehru Nagar, Bhopal. After the passage of time he registered his firm as M/s. S.S. Constructions which is an A-V Contractor, which used to take-up contracts from Government departments and bodies.
The firm M/s. S.S. Constructions, rapidly grown itself as a leading contractor in M.P., turnover of which increased year to year. During the last financial year, 2005-2006 its turnover was Rs. 3.5 crores (approx) and during this financial year, i.e. 2006-2007 the turnover reached Rs. 7 crores. The firm take-up civil contracts mainly from MANIT, CPI, Municipal Corporation. Other than these government contracts the firm S.S. Constructions, had constructed all the five colleges run by the Samiti and the design and architecture of the institutes is no. 1 in M.P. All these colleges were designed by Sanjeev Saxena himself.
Involvement of San jeev Saxena in other agencies
Inspite of being a chairman of Tapasya shiksha Samiti, and Proprietor of S.S. Constructions, Shri Sanjeev Saxena is also involved in the affairs of other agencies also i.e. Chairman in, Betwa Grih Nirman Society and working chairman of Professional Institute of M.P. And he is also pursuing Phd in GIS Remote Sensing from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology under the core guidance of skilled staff of the prestigious regional institute, run by Central Government.

Sanjeev saxena is a versatile personality itself, which can be easily proved from the above facts and profile indicating his skills.
