The Student Nurses Association (SNA) of India is an affiliated association of the student nurses under the Trained Nurses Association of India (TNAI), which was established in the year 1929. To help the students to uphold the dignity and honour of the nursing profession. .

The Training and Placement Cell (TPC) serves as the platform for interaction between the college students and companies. The Anti-Ragging Committee is instituted at each college to ensure compliance with the provisions of the regulations as well as the provisions of any law for the time being in force concerning ragging; investigate complaints and also, monitor and oversee the performance of the Anti-Ragging Squad in prevention of ragging in the institution. The Anti-Ragging Committee is responsible for inculcating a culture of Ragging Free Environment on Campus. The Anti-Ragging Committee is involved in designing strategies and action plan for curbing the menace of ragging in the college by adopting an array of activities. The committee is also responsible for conducting awareness programmes from time-to-time on campus. As per the guidelines of UGC under the Act of 1956, which is modified as UGC regulations on curbing the menace of Ragging in higher Educational Institutions, 2009, establishment of Anti-Ragging Cell is compulsory.

As a preventive measure, all students admitted to Radharaman institute of Nursing and their parents/guardians shall submit an undertaking in the prescribed form and are informed to go through the UGC guidelines on anti-ragging in the beginning of the academic session
•Ragging in the College Campus is banned and any one indulging in ragging is likely to be punished appropriately. Ragging punishment may include expulsion from the College, suspension from the College or Classes for a limited period or fine with a public apology.
• All the students of Radharaman institute of Nursing are advised to abide by the instructions scrupulously to ensure a healthy academic atmosphere and make it a ragging free camp
The Personality Assessment and Development Cell (PADC) at IINR aims to help students develop their personal and professional skills. The cell provides a variety of resources and services to students, including personality assessments, workshops, and mentorship programs.
The Student Alumni Relations Cell works to promote, nurture and build meaningful relationship between the Alumni and the institution. The club provides an opportunity for the Alumni to interact with the faculty and the students to achieve synergy.
The Sports Cell was established with the objective to inspire students to be physically fit strong and energetic by engaging in physical and mental exercises , enhancing the sportsmanship attitude and learning of management principles viz. leadership, team work, problem solving etc. through participation in sports. Participation in sports is useful to everybody to improve physical and mental fitness. Sports play a great role in everyone’s busy life especially for students. It teaches us to go ahead in life by removing all the weaknesses. Both Sports and studies are very important aspects of our life and should be balanced to gain maximum output.
