EMPLOYMENT HISTORY (Total Experience 32 Years) : PThirty-two years of teaching experience in MANIT Bhopal. (1974-2007) out of which 16 years as professor of Computer Science & Engineering and Information Technology.

Courses Taught : Computer engineering, programming practice, data processing and file systems, data structures and programming methodology, computer architecture, Database management Systems, software workshop, microprocessor, analysis and design of algorithms, systems programming, operating systems, software engineering (at UG & PG), computer networks, data warehousing and mining.

Administrative experience :
1. Worked as Head of Electronics and Computer Science & Engineering Department MANIT, Bhopal
2. Worked as Director MPSTEP Bhopal
3. Working as Head of Computer Science & Engineering And Information Technology Department, Bhopal
4. In addition to teaching worked as warden and senior warden for 12 years

Other experience :
1. Established main computer centers (old and new) in MANIT
2. Designed and implemented institute wide computer networking in first phase and redesigned it to cover the whole campus in second phase.
3. Setup most of the labs for CSE and IT courses and developed lab exercises and manuals.
4. Worked as Controller of Exam, Chairman PG Admission Committee. Chairman Library Committee and held several other responsible positions.
5. Gave Consultancy to several government /semi government and private organizations.
6. Worked in board of studies of several universities.
7. Organized several refresher courses/workshops/seminars and conferences.
8. Worked as expert member in National Board of Accreditation for more than 20 institutions including NIT Nagpur. NIT Allahabad, NIT Suralkal, VJTI.
9. Delivered several keynote and expert lectures in different institutes.
