Diploma - Role Progression & Stipend :- OJT - Stipend Rs 14,500/- (Status: Student remains in OJT role until final year results are submitted). DET - Stipend Rs 15,000 + 2000 DBT (Transition: OJT is converted to DET once final year results are submitted). Bond: 1 year Jr. Executive: CTC: 22,000 / 22,500 / 23,000 depends upon rating (DET is promoted to Jr. Executive after completing one year). Eligibility :- 60% and above in 10th, 12th and Diploma 5). B Tech - Role Progression & Stipend :- Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) / On Job Trainee (OJT) Location: PAN India OJT: Stipend: 21,500 (Student remains in OJT role until final year results are submitted) GET: Stipend: 22,000 + 2500 DBT (OJT is converted to GET once final year results are submitted) Bond: 1 year Executive: CTC: 32,000 / 33,000 / 34,000 depends upon rating (GET is promoted to executive after completing one year).
