At BIC Cello, apprentices will be trained at its state-of- the-art BIC Cello Training Centre where their learning and development is fostered under the supervision of fully qualified instructors. They will gain valuable experience and exposure through a program of Basic and Advanced Training along with a planned industrial exposure after their initial basic training.


Requirement 1

Job Location – Haridwar , Daman and Vapi

Job Title – Apprentice Trainee - Quality

Department – Plant Quality and Quality Lab

Education – BE Mechanical / Production

Salary : INR 16000/ month (it can changed as the time of final discussion)

No. of open position – 3 (1- Haridwar, 1 – Vapi , 1 – Daman)

 

Job Summary : Responsible for Quality function in the plant comprising of incoming, in-process & final quality assurance.

 

Major Duties/ Responsibilities

    Understand the Cello products, Manufacturing process for first two weeks
    Understand the quality processes in detail (Inward quality control, In process quality control, final quality control etc.) for next two weeks. Also learn about the interaction of quality function with other functions.
    Start working on the role assigned under the guidance of plant quality manager.
    Get the performance reviewed once in every month with plant quality manager on the assigned goals. That helps to be on the track
    Take guidance of plant quality manager for any query w.r.t. the job profile. Request for resources wherever required
    Be assertive & transparent on all the matters pertaining to the job

 

Requirement 2

Job Location –Daman

Job Title – Apprentice Trainee – Quality Lab

Department – Quality

Education – BE Mechanical / Production

Salary : Maximum INR 16000/ month (it can changed as the time of final discussion)

No. of open position – 1 Daman

 

Job Summary : Responsible for Central test Lab function in comprising of Product testing, Ink system retention study & customer complaint investigation.

 

Major Duties/ Responsibilities

    Understand the Cello products, Manufacturing process for first two weeks
    Understand the product test methods in detail (Inward/outward samples control, Test equipment’s controls, calibrations, product wise testing, reporting methods, samples tracking, retention study and records, customer complaint and investigation of root cause etc.) for next four weeks.
    Also learn about the interaction of Lab function with other functions
    Start working on the role assigned Lab engineer under the guidance of Lab manager.
    Get the performance reviewed once in every month with Lab manager on the assigned goals. That helps to be on the track.
    Take guidance of Lab manager for any query w.r.t. the job profile. Request for resources wherever required.
    Be assertive & transparent on all the matters pertaining to the job
