Selection process:

  1. Presentation about the Organization (PPT)
  2. Online Written test comprising of Technical and Aptitude
  3. Evaluation, Short listing, and Announcement of Online written test results
  4. Technical interviews (two rounds)
  5. HR Interview

Employment Terms and Conditions:

  1. Candidates must carry updated/latest resume, College ID card along with ID Proof issued by the Govt authorities, 5 photographs along with the Original Marks Cards of 10th, 12th, and Engineering Semesters/MCA.
  2. Students Selected through online written test and willing to take-up the 1stand 2ndRound of Face-to-Face interviews should mandatorily submit their Original 10th, 12th, and Engineering Semester Marks cards for verification purpose. Upon selection through the interviews and screening by HR, the Marks Cards shall be retained byVITfor Verification and shall be returned to the candidates upon Onboarding.
  3. Selected candidates shall be provided Employment withVITon a full-time basis.
  4. Selected Candidates shall be given Letter of intent to Offer with an annual package of INR 4 (Four) Lacs per annum and he/she should be willing to work from any of our branch office/locations across India.
  5. Selected Candidates must work for a minimum of 3 (three) years with the Organization and have to execute the Retention Agreement, as applicable.
